Who I Am.
Hi there! I am the founder of The Rising Sisterhood movement, the book, and community, the “Collective.” Through these channels, I desire to curate a platform to celebrate, empower, and lift up our ‘sisters’ as we navigate toward changing our narratives and stepping into our greatness. My goal is to show women that their stories matter, they matter! To rise them up and give them the opportunity to speak what is on their heart. I want them to show up as they are. Tell their unfiltered story. Stand in their tenaciousness. Be unapologetic!
Why do you do what you do?
As a woman, we sometimes feel as though what we are going through is something we must do on our own. We couldn’t be more wrong. There are hundreds of thousands of women that have been in and through the same situations. I want women to know that they are not alone. They are strong and they are loved, unconditionally
What was it that prompted the change in your journey?
I realized that I had a story that needed to be heard, and that story was worthy of being heard. I knew in my heart that other women also had stories that they needed to share and I wanted to create an avenue that they could use to tell their stories to the world.

Is a life goal important to you and how would you define this?
Life goals are important. I would define a life goal as what you want
your legacy to be. How do you want to be remembered? I want to be
remembered as the woman who gave women from around the world the chance
to speak what is in their hearts, to tell their stories, and to show them
that they are so valuable. The woman gave hope to others and showed
them that they are not alone. I want women to lift each other up and
celebrate together.
Why is it important to follow your dream and what have you share from this?
If I wouldn’t have followed my dream of The Rising Sisterhood, I would
have let myself down. You can’t let the fear of failing hold you back
from creating something beautiful. You might not feel like it is the
right time but there is no time like right now. So take action. Take the
reins on your life and make your dream a reality. It can be scary but,
trust me, the results are worth it.
Where do you go from here, what does the future hold?
From here there is only up. I hope that my legacy lives on for future
generations. I hope women find hope, understanding, and guidance through
The Rising Sisterhood. The future is bright and full of possibilities.
