- Winner will be notified by the provided contact information.
- If winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be rescinded and reallocated.
- Dinner must be scheduled in advance within 6 months of receiving dinner certificate.
- Proof of vaccinations are required to dine in.
- Dinner for four includes an appetizer, dessert, entrée & drink of choice.
